📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's cleanliness and orderliness.,Support the Pramuniaga in promotional activities and sales initiatives.,Assist in preparing and maintaining product displays to attract customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic computer applications.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
