📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain consistent service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales and revenue, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
