📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other management documents.,Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful store management and sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
