📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple properties in Bali.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by supervising a team of cleaners.
• Optimize cleaning schedules and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update cleaning records using software like CleanCloud or similar tools.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely restocking.
• Train and mentor new team members to maintain high service standards.
• Report on cleaning performance and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cleaners effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive the company van.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
