In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Assist in the procurement and management of fleet insurance and other related policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding fleet services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.,Ensure all fleet activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Clean driver's license and good driving record.
