Head of Mining Operations - Senior Leadership Role in Bali

Pan Asia HR Consulting is seeking a dynamic Head of Mining Operations to oversee and optimize our mining projects in Bali. This is a senior leadership role that requires a seasoned Mining Engineer with a proven track record in leading large-scale mining and quarry operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our mining sites in areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse team of professionals to ensure that our mining operations are carried out in accordance with international standards and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize mining and quarry operations in Bali, including sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community leaders, to ensure smooth operations and positive relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining and quarry operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale mining and quarry operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Experience with mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or Vulcan.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
