Cafe Dewi Fruit is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends is a plus.
