We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
