📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials and supplies as needed.,Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible prices and terms for our company.,Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Conduct regular reviews of procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
