Local Zone Unggul is looking for a Senior Kasir to join our team in Jatinegara. As a Senior Kasir, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. If you are a highly skilled and experienced cashier with a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during the checkout process.,Ensuring that all sales are processed correctly and in accordance with company policies.,Maintaining a clean and organized cash register area.,Assisting in training and mentoring junior cashiers.,Monitoring cash levels and ensuring that there is always enough cash on hand for transactions.,Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Working with other team members to ensure that the checkout process runs smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and cash register software.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other team members.,High school diploma or equivalent.
