📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage precision machining operations to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot machinery and process issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and work orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in precision machining and manufacturing engineering.,Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and quality control processes.,Proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and reducing costs.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
