📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing sales transactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling and record-keeping.
  • Promoting products and services to increase sales.
  • Assisting in inventory management and stock control.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Providing training and support to junior staff members.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
