📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Supervise the work of accounting staff and provide guidance and training.,Monitor and control the company's budget and financial performance.,Prepare and analyze financial data to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
