In this role, you’ll work closely with dealers in popular areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your daily tasks will involve conducting vehicle inspections, negotiating deals, and leveraging our platform to connect buyers with the right vehicles. With a competitive salary of Rp 3,205,220 - Rp 4,500,000 per month, this is an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough inspections of second-hand vehicles to ensure quality and authenticity.
• Negotiate deals with dealers and buyers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage OLX Indonesia’s platform to promote vehicles and connect buyers with suitable options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local automotive dealers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and automotive industry developments to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Utilize tools like Excel and CRM software to track sales performance and manage customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, automotive, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the second-hand vehicle market, including popular brands and models.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with OLX Indonesia’s platform and other automotive sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in automotive sales or a related field is a plus.
