📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee the inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal supply.,Coordinate with the team to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinic protocols.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for patients.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support the overall performance of the clinic.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.,Proficiency in using office software and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of dental clinic operations and practices is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
