This role is crucial in ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding payments from our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for resolving customer issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit client locations to collect outstanding payments.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-ups.,Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.,Report collection activities and progress to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely.,Assist in the resolution of any disputes or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
