Store Easy Lestari is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Audit Manager and other team members to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal auditing and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the Audit Manager and relevant stakeholders.,Identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions to address any issues identified during the audit.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Working closely with the Audit Manager and other team members to ensure the timely completion of audit assignments.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and corrective actions.,Providing support to the Audit Manager in the preparation of management reports and presentations.,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
