📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food production.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Create and maintain menus that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Chef or equivalent.,Proven track record of successful culinary operations management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
