📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall business operations.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.,Stay updated with the latest laboratory technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions and improve laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate and present reports.,Certifications in laboratory safety and quality control are a plus.,Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
