📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement effective management strategies to optimize staff performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and international standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local and international standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
