📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
