📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and meeting hiring needs.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
