Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained,Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Experience in managing a team and handling multiple tasks simultaneously,Knowledge of food and beverage operations,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
