Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.,Oversee the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using relevant management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
