Senior Assistant Store Manager

Tech New Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Belawan. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail management and wants to make a difference in the tech retail industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure that our store meets all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
• Train and develop our store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure that our store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the tech industry.
• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software and systems.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
