PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banking and financial services operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with our management team and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to ensure that our operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with our corporate values and ethical standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Monitor and assess compliance risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate those risks.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of our operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide guidance and advice to our management team and other stakeholders on compliance matters.,Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or concerns that arise.,Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand their compliance obligations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure that our compliance programs and policies are revised accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and best practices.Experience with risk management and compliance software and tools.Ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies.Strong leadership and mentorship skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Experience with regulatory reporting and documentation.
