📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.,Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for each role.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
