📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Assist the head chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
