📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure that all products meet the required standards and quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of production team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and purchasing, to ensure that production goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Translate and communicate effectively with Korean suppliers and clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the production or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Fluency in Korean language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
