📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company initiatives.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presents a professional image to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
