As part of our finance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Simultaneously, you'll handle HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and HR documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Support the HR team in employee relations and development activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or HR, with at least 1 year in a similar hybrid role
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in HR or accounting is a plus
