📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using our signature recipes.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stock and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage recipes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in mixology or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail and mocktail recipes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
- Valid food handling certificate.
- Passion for food and beverage industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
