📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop molds for plastic injection molding using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure molds meet quality and performance standards
- Conduct mold flow analysis and optimization to improve product quality and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for molds and related processes
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure design integrity
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mold design
- Mentor and train junior engineers on mold design techniques and tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of mold design processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold design and plastic injection molding
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for mold design
- Familiarity with mold flow analysis software such as Moldflow or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia
