📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other specialized software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project files and drawings for easy access and reference.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and software updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil/Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and civil drawing standards and conventions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
