📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze data using Minitab and SAP Quality Management to monitor and improve product quality and process performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Train and mentor staff on quality management systems and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering to continuously improve quality processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Minitab and SAP Quality Management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different sites as required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
