📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using Microsoft Project and Jira
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with project standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the IT team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Administrator or similar role
• Proven experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
