📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products
- Ensure all tests are conducted according to industry standards and regulations
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues
- Train and mentor junior staff members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food or agricultural industry
- Certification in quality control or laboratory analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabArchives, ELN, or similar
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
