📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.
• Monitor and analyze receivables to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to maintain strong client relationships and ensure prompt payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
• Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide financial advice and support to internal teams to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct regular reviews of accounts receivable to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
