In this role, you will manage a team of 5-7 staff members, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our management team to implement and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food/beverage preparation.
• Manage a team of 5-7 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring freshness and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Work closely with the management team to implement and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and food/beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square or Clover, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
