📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage maritime operations to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Lead a team of maritime professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance maritime safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with government agencies, maritime stakeholders, and international organizations to drive improvements in maritime operations.
• Monitor and evaluate maritime performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maritime team.
• Represent the company in maritime forums and conferences to promote our commitment to excellence.
• Ensure that all maritime activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in maritime safety, efficiency, and sustainability, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with maritime software and tools, such as ECDIS, GIS, and marine simulation software.
• Understanding of international maritime regulations and standards.
