In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our global sanctions compliance program, ensuring that our business operations comply with all relevant sanctions regulations and laws. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of international sanctions, risk management, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the development and implementation of Stripe's global sanctions compliance program.,Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor changes in sanctions regulations and laws.,Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with sanctions requirements.,Provide guidance and support to the team on sanctions-related issues and risks.,Monitor and report on sanctions compliance performance and trends.,Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective sanctions compliance.,Stay up-to-date with developments in sanctions-related laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business.,10+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, risk management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of international sanctions regulations and laws.,Experience in managing and leading a team in a compliance or risk management role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
