📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire pattern development process, from initial design to final production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pattern services with other manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain the highest standards of production.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in pattern development.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, CLO 3D, and Gerber AccuMark to create and manage patterns.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to understand and implement new product designs and modifications.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in pattern services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern development and supervision within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pattern development projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, CLO 3D, and Gerber AccuMark.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and GRS is a plus.
