📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using Microsoft Project and Jira
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with project standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the IT team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
