📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, and our website, ensuring high visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive online and offline strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to our digital platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory and order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product launches and promotions, contributing to our brand's success in the digital space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proficient in using Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Odoo or similar systems.
