📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain and improve their skills.
• Develop and implement new coffee menu items and recipes.
• Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency in coffee preparation.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve café performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, Q Grader, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, flavors, and brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
